Makerspace

• ALWAYS ask for assistance when needed.


• Closed toed shoes are REQUIRED at all times.


• Safety glasses are REQUIRED around designated equipment.


• NEVER leave a piece of equipment unattended while in use.


• ALWAYS power down equipment after use.


• REMOVE all jewelry, SECURE loose-fitting clothing and TIE BACK long-hair while using equipment.


• NO food or open drinks allowed.


• REPORT any broken or misplaced equipment and tools to Makerspace staff immediately.


• IMMEDIATELY REPORT any accidents or injuries to Makerspace staff. Call campus security at 8911 if needed.

Before your first Makerspace visit, make sure to complete

1. We have a limited amount of space, so if all stations are full, you may have to come back at a different time.
2. You will need your MCC ID to check in.
3. By appointment times are available during the Library’s extended hours.
